WHAT IS FLOWSTATE
Flowstate is Queensland's Flow & Arts Festival.It is a gathering for the creative, the curious and the imaginative. Like-minded people made from dreamers, this festival has a strong focus on Flow Arts, Circus, Dance and Performance. Our aim is to deliver an inspirational and transformative experience.Located high in the Gold Coast Hinterland it will be an immersive experience dedicated to all things flow, circus, art and fun. With two full days and four huge workshop spaces our schedule is jam-packed with workshops and performances. We have secured performers and teachers from all over Australia to curate the most stacked flow and performance development programs in Queensland.

Abbii Allora is a passionate artist and a skilled teacher.
This Brisbane starlet started her performing artist career with Hoops and since then she's broadened her skills to fans, poi, dance and even stilt walking.
This boss babe is the co-founder of Kindled Spirits Entertainment and a fully seasoned performer with shows from Europe to Australia.
Ol' J Jizzle has been spinning anything he can get his hands on for the past 10 years. From his humble beginning, spinning a stick in his backyard because he had no job. This hobby turned into a full blown addiction that no rehab centre would take him in for. After teaching workshops at some of the biggest flow arts gatherings around the world, J man is back home and here to teach you how to move!
Phil Humphreys is a Brisbane based performer with over a decade of professional experience under his belt. He specialises in a number of different juggling props including clubs, balls, diabolo, poi, contact juggling and many more!
His career has taken him all around Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Cambodia performing and teaching primarily in schools as well as at circus festivals, music festivals, resorts, not for profit organisations and both corporate and private events.
Jessy Spin is a world-renowned fire dancer and flow artist. Her diverse experience has seen her perform and teach classes in eight different countries, including working in Malaysia with Asia’s largest modern circus troupe Psycusix. Her art aims to inspire others, perhaps unlocking a fiery desire to learn, to create and to take a step outside of one’s comfort zone.
In 2020, Jessy founded FireLily Dance – an online studio where you can learn dance, fire, and flow. It is now Jessy's mission to cultivate a global community of artists: #FireLilyFamily.
Jessy’s unique style and movement quality, as well as the upbeat and positive energy she exudes in her classes, has seen her social media presence exponentially grow – Jessy now has over 30 thousand Instagram followers and over 6 thousand YouTube subscribers supporting her on her journey.
Louisa has spent the last six years of her life traveling South America, Southeast Asia, India and Australia. Learning about traditional sustainability practices, studying yogic knowledge, participating in shamanic rituals, and working with traditional medicines over time has fostered a deep relationship with the earth that she calls home.
Her interest in philosophy and psychology found its perfect marriage with ancient healing practices in this workshop.
Though these practices differ in their application, they all share the same core message. One of connection, one of compassion, one of healing. She is committed to sharing knowledge with anyone who is seeking a higher path.

From humble beginnings they have grown into a formidable force of burlesque, sideshow and the art of fire performance.Headmistressmaster of The Vaudeville Consortium, Producer of The Consortium, Sideshow Femmes, Sideshow Themmes alongside assistant curator at The Lok & Kee Experience Toowoomba.Tink specializes in fusion art in both performance and tutelage. With a deep love of learning and combining skills not often produced together, this creates a unique and quirkiness to their pieces.Whether they are eating fire, twirling fans or bumping their way down the stage, Scarlet is one performer you will never forget.
